“I think it’s (embryo transfer) actually helped us to have better genetics because we’ve streamlined those groups of cows. … You can fix things pretty quickly. We have the quality females to do it with. Everybody always talks about the sires and the ‘bull of the month’. But, it always comes back to the quality female. Anybody can buy a straw of semen on any bull that’s for sale. But, to have the high quality female, that’s where it’s at. We’re fortunate, I think, to have a lot of them.”
